| 摘 要： | 自觉坚持社会主义核心价值体系是中国特色社会主义发展的必然要求。按此要求，我们必须正确理解其内涵、把握其基本内容和理论框架；自觉建设社会主义核心价值体系，形成社会共识，坚持尊重差异、包容多样的方针，坚持以人为本理念，关注民生问题，最终使社会主义核心价值体系被人民群众自觉接受。

| Abstract: | Consciously upholding the system of socialist core value is the inevitable requirement for developmg socialism with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, we must correctly understand its content and theoretical framework, consciously build up this system so as to get to a social common view, respect divergence and allow diversity, always put people first, improve people＇s livelihood and make socialist core value become the ideology consciously pursued by the masses. |
