加强基层基础教育培训 努力提高基层执法水平

基层基础工作是整个公安工作的根基,是推动公安事业长远发展的基石.2006年是公安部确定的"基层基础建设年",山东警察学院根据山东省公安厅的统一安排,组成调研组就"加强基层基础教育培训,努力提高基层执法水平"这一专题到部分公安机关进行了调研.在对当前基层公安队伍状况进行分析的基础上,建议今后基层基础教育培训工作应重点抓好五个问题完善基层基础教育培训机制;强化山东警察学院的教育培训工作;建立高素质的师资队伍;改进基层基础教育培训内容;健全基层基础教育培训绩效评估体系.

To Intensify Basic Education and Training and Raise Law- enforcement Level of Grass Roots

Grass roots work is the groundwork of public security work and the foundation stone for the long-term development of public security course.2006 is the Year of Fundamental Construction of Public Security Grass-roots.According to the arrangements of Shandong Public Security Bureau,Shandong Police College sets up a researching group and conducts researches in some public security organs.After analyzing the personnel in theses organs,this group puts forward the following suggestions for the future education and training of grass roots.The systems and contents of education and training in grass roots should be improved.The teaching and training in Shandong Police College should be strengthened,which needs high-quality teaching staff.The evaluation system of the accomplishments of grass roots education and training should be established and further perfected.
