| 摘 要： | 中国社会主义法律文化建设的目标是法治的实现,这一目标也是我国政治文明建设的主要内涵和特征。从此意义而言,中国社会主义法律文化建设对政治文明影响至深:社会主义法律文化建设影响着政治文明的进程;加强社会主义法律文化建设有助于弥合建设政治文明所面临的历史和现实问题;社会主义法律文化建设为政治文明建设提供思想基础及精神土壤;社会主义法律文化的培育能够促进法治社会的实现。

| Abstract: | The goal of building law culture in the socialist China is to realize governing the country by law,which is also characterized as one of the main connotation and feature of the construction of our political civilization.From this perspective,the construction of socialist law culture has a profound impact on the political civilization in that the former influences the changing course of the latter;the advancement of the former contributes to the alleviation and mending of the historical and current social problems the latter faces.The former also supplies basic theoretical foundation and spiritual nourishment for the latter.Overall,the cultivation of socialist construction of a law culture will greatly enhance the prospect and realization of the construction of our legal society. |
