| 摘 要： | "民权主义"是孙中山法治思想的核心,是其在学习西方资产阶级民主理念的基础上融合中国传统的"民本主义"思想形成的。对孙中山"民权主义"思想中传统文化的组成部分进行分析,可以为当代中国建立社会主义法治社会提供借鉴意义。
