| 摘 要： | 刑罚变更执行是指减刑、假释和暂予监外执行。检察机关对刑罚变更执行监督范围狭窄及事后监督的不足,需要对刑罚变更执行进行同步监督,并准确定位同步监督的价值,在此基础上,加强与其他相关机关的沟通协调,着力构建同步监督机制。

| Abstract: | The implementation of the penalty change refers to commutation, parole and temporary execution outside prison.The prosecution's supervision on the implementation of penalty change is narrow and lack of supervision after the penalty,need synchronized supervision on the implementation of penalty change,and accurate positioning the value of synchronized supervision,on this basis, strengthen communication and coordination with other relevant agencies, and strive to build a synchronized monitoring mechanism. |
