| 摘 要： | 当前,和谐警民关系是公安机关面临的极为重要的一项工作,对构建和谐社会,维护社会的长治久安有着极为重要的作用。为此,应从:提升认识,转换角色;细化职责目标、有效维护社会安宁;持证上岗定期考核,实施分层、分流使用;理顺警民联系渠道,使大走访成为经常访;广采民智、诚靠民力,真正构筑社会治安立体防控网等途径建设。和谐警民关系建设的方法主要有:主业先行法;亲民爱民法;阳光操作法;人性化执法法;形象建设法;以民为本法;多渠道民意收集法等。
