浅谈守候措施在铁路犯罪侦查中的运用

在实践中 ,由于侦查人员受主客观方面因素的制约 ,不是守候的准备工作不足 ,就是守候的方式方法不当 ,或是没有遵守守候的纪律 ,因而难以顺利地完成守候任务 ,无法达到侦查破案、抓获犯罪嫌疑人之目的。这已成为当前影响办案质量和提高打击处理率的主要方面之一。因此 ,做好守候的准备 ,掌握守候的方法和抓获犯罪嫌疑人的时机是适时破案 ,提高办案质量的关键。

A Brief Talk on the Use of Waiting in Railway Criminal Investigation

In practice,due to the limitation from some subjective and objective factors, such as insufficient preparation, improper measures,or disobedience of the order,etc.,the investigator often fails in carrying out the task of waiting for the suspect.Consequently,the case cannot be solved and the suspect cannot be caught.It has been one of the main factors that affects that quality of resolving cases.Therefore, good preparation,suitable measures and right moments are the key to solve a case in proper time and in good quality.
