| 摘 要： | 发展经济学经历了半个多世纪的发展,相应地,发展观也经历了半个世纪的发展演变,从增长至上论、基本需要论、可持续发展论再到人类发展论,使人们对发展的本质和内涵的理解更为丰富和全面。生态可持续发展和以人为本的人类发展已成为20世纪90年代以来国际社会的主流发展观。

| Abstract: | Development Economics has developed for more than half century.Accordingly,the notion of devel-opment has experienced the evolution of over half a century too,from the theories of growth fundamentalism,basic needs to sustainable development and then human development,hence greatly richen our understanding ofsubstance and meanings of development.Ecologically sustainable development theory and people-oriented devel-opment theory have become the mainstream notion of development in international community since 1990s. |
