| Abstract: | The legislation of reeducation through labor is an issue causing much argument among experts,scholars and practitioners.This article reports another study on the main problems concerning the legislation of reeducation through labor,such as the target to be reeducated through labor,the quality and proper procedures of reeducation through labor,and the legal item and readjustment of the legislation of reeducation through labor. |
