| Abstract: | The legalization and institutionalization of the principles of legislation embody the characterizations of contemporary Chinese legislative system. China has witnessed a transition in the principles of legislation from ideology to legalization and institutionalization. The principles of legislation currently includes constitutionality, democracy, science and ruling of law. |
