| Abstract: | To accelerate the development of non-public economy,we must ensure the protection of citizens' legal private property.This requires us to thoroughly understand the meaning of protecting the private property of citizens in the Constitutions,to recognize the economic importance of constitutional protection of private property,to change the wrong understanding of private property protection,and to improve relevant laws on private property protection. |
