构建新型民族关系评价指标体系之初探

民族关系历来是社会政治关系的重要方面,直接影响党和国家工作的全局。正确协调和处理汉族与少数民族以及各少数民族之间的关系,巩固和发展平等、团结、互助、和谐的社会主义民族关系,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求和重要内容。全面客观地评价当前的民族关系现状以及确定系统的评价体系是一个重要的课题。本文根据评价活动的一般规律,从评价类型和评价对象的确定和评价指标体系选定的基本原则入手,从政治、经济、文化和社会生活四个方面,选定评价指标,建立指标评价体系,并确定基准权重的设置和计算方法,以期达到评价新型民族关系之目的。
