| 摘 要： | 创建学习型党支部要全面理解学习型组织的概念,准确把握学习型党支部的基本内涵。运用学习型理论,通过树立新的学习理念、创新学习模式、完善运行机制和健全学习制度等途径,构建学习型党支部,这是新时期加强基层党组织建设、保持党员先进性长效机制的一种探索。
