加强党政干部官德建设的思考

官德建设是关系到国家道德建设成败的关键。由于官德是社会的主体道德,是统治集团所倡导的道德模式,能对全体公民的道德建设起到示范作用。官德不治,是不可能施行出“德”政的,反腐倡廉就必然成为一句空话。因此,在反腐倡廉的过程中,我们必须把官德建设纳入政权建设和执政党建设之中,切实提高为官者的道德素质。

Official virtue construction concerns the key of national morals construction success or failure.Since official virtue is the main morals of society,is the morals pattern initiated by dominance group,can play the part of demonstration role for the morals construction of all citizen.Official virtue does not treat,is impossible to perform " virtue ",combat corruption and build a clean government a sentence that will inevitably become empty talk.Therefore in the process of combating corruption and build a clean government,we must incorporate official virtue construction in regime construction and the construction of party in power,are practical to rise for the morals quality of official.
