我国大麻种植利用情况调查分析

大麻是我国传统的经济作物,由于具有特殊的性能,应用前景广阔。近年来,大麻毒品犯罪情况在我国时有发生。为防止在发展大麻产业中的大麻毒品问题,对大麻种植严格管理是十分必要的。通过调查分析,提出如下建议:(一)加快制定相关标准;(二)规范种子源的管理;(三)对大麻的生产加工、收购进行监控;(四)加强对零星种植大麻的管理力度。

Research and Analysis on Utilization of Marihuana Plantation

Marihuana is a traditional economic crop in China.It can be applied in various fields because of its special property.Recent years,the marihuana related crimes happen in China now and then.To prevent drug problems rising in this industry,it's of necessity to set up strict management over the marihuana plantation.Through research and analysis,we propose to: 1.set concerned standards as soon as possible;2.establish seed storing system,and standardize its management;3.supervise production and purchase of marihuana;4.strengthen management of small-scale marihuana plantation.
