| 摘 要： | With the development of the society, more and more people are realized that it is a fact that the communication between people plays a significant role in their daily work and life. English Public speaking, as one of the means of communication, also gains the attention of the many universities. The author will reflect some issues which exist in Yunnnan Agricultural University in recent years and raise some measures as well.
