| 摘 要： | 目前大学毕业生就业率下降,就业难的结构性矛盾突出,毕业生就业率统计也存在着问题。解决大学生就业难问题首先应规范就业市场,转变大学生就业观念,以社会需求和市场为导向调整大学专业、课程结构,完善大学生就业指导服务体系,另外,高校要强化大学生就业指导服务意识,切实做好针对性指导服务。

| Abstract: | The employment rate of graduate decreases.The structural contradiction of difficult-job-hunting is obvious.The statistics of the employment rate are not suitable.To solve the problem of difficult-job-hunting for graduate,the government should regulates the job market,the graduate should change their mind as finding the job,the colleges and universities should restructure the courses and majors based on the social needs and improve the service to the graduate.Colleges and universities should enhance the idea to help the graduate to get the job. |
