摘 要: | 人本管理,简单地概括就是“以人为本”核心理念在管理实践中的具体应用,其效果体现为内部员工对企业忠诚度的提高和企业外部良好社会形象的塑造。寿险营销无论从管理的形式上还是管理的内容上,都体现了人本管理,但从人性假设与制度基础两个方面来看,目前人本管理在寿险营销中的效果却与人本管理的目标相悖。

Abstract: | Generally speaking, the human- centered management is the application of the "human- centered" theory in the management practice, whose effect is the improvement to the staff' s enterprise royalty and the shaping of the social image. Life insurance has given expression to the human - centered management both from the form and from the content. But from human nature supposition and the institution basis, the effect of human- centered management is in contradiction to its object. |
