| Abstract: | This paper makes in-depth analysis to the administration of justice intension of the conrstitution,describes its necessity existing,bases on the current situation,finds out the reason from it,and pro-(poses) the thinking of some tentative settlement to the question,expects to realize the administration of justice of the constitution as soon as possible in China. |
