| 摘 要： | 三河源水源地生态重建是一项功在当代、利在千秋的公益事业。只要科学规划、因地制宜,合理地开发利用自然,协调好生态环境建设与区域水资源平衡的关系,尽快转变生产生活方式,适度控制人口并做好生态移民工作,六盘山地区的生态会逐步恢复。

| Abstract: | As a public welfare, ecological reconstruction of water source in Sanheyuan has a great contribution to the present and future. Thus, we should develop and utilize the nature, coordinate relations between ecological construction and the balance of regional water resource, change production mode as soon as possible, moderately control population and improve the work of ecological migration with scientific programming and local conditions. Ecology in Liupanshan region will be gradually recovered. |
