关于农村剩余劳动力的定量分析

解决农村剩余劳动力的就业问题 ,实现农村剩余劳动力的合理转移 ,是避免劳动力资源浪费 ,避免引发社会问题的重要措施。本文运用定性和定量相结合的分析方法 ,对我国农业剩余劳动力的概念、特征、现状进行了深入研究 ,运用抽样调查数据和数学模型 ,对我国农村劳动力的转移和跨区域流动进行了多角度分析 ,在此基础上 ,提出了促进农村劳动力流动的对策建议

Quantitative Analysis of Surplus Labor in Rural Areas

To resolve the problem of rural labor surplus and achieve rational shifting of surplus rural labor is a very important measure to avoid waste of labor force and the rising of social problems. With methods of quantitative analysis and definitive analysis, the paper makes profound research into the concept, characteristics and status quo of China's surplus rural labor. With sampling statistics and arithmetic models, the paper analyses the shifting and cross-regional flowing of China's rural labor from various angles. On these bases, the paper comes up with several suggestions and countermeasures for promoting the rational flowing of rural labor force.
