| 摘 要： | 邓小平、江泽民对干部队伍管理制度化建设有着大量而丰富的论述,思想内容十分深刻。邓小平提出制度建设是决定性因素,并对如何健全管理制度提出了具体的指导思想;江泽民继承和发展了邓小平人才制度建设的思想,并根据新时期、新任务的特点和要求,提出了许多新的思想和主张。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin gave an abundant and rich exposition of the building of cadres management systematization, which has deep ideological content. Deng Xiaoping advanced that the systemic building was the decisive factor and pointed out the specific guiding ideology on how to perfect the management system; Jiang Zemin carried on Deng Xiaoping's thoughts about the building of talents system, and advanced many new ideologies and views on the basis of the characteristics and demands of the new period and new tasks. |
