论保教人员在幼儿园精神环境创设中的基本要求

摘    要:幼儿园环境包括物质环境和精神环境两方面,它们与幼儿的成长关系密切。但是,实践中往往忽视良好的精神环境的创设。为了更好地促进幼儿的身心发展,保教人员要充分认识到幼儿园精神环境创设的重要意义,坚持正确的现代儿童观,保持自身健康的心理状态,不断加强业务学习,提高自身综合素质。此外,在工作中要多与家长沟通,加强家园联系,共同促进幼儿的成长。

Comment on the Basic Demand for the Teachers and Child-care Workers in Building the Kindergarten's Spiritual Environment

Abstract:The environment ef kindergarten includes substantial and spiritual environment, which are closely related with the pupils' growth. But in practice, building good spiritual environment is often ignored. In order to improve the pupils' development of body and mind, the teachers and child-care workers should realize the significance of the spiritual environment, and persist the correct view on children, and keep normal psychological status, and strengthen the vocational study so that they can improve their comprehensive quality. In addition, they should keep contact with the parents of the pupils and exchange the advice on education each other.
