| 摘 要： | 早在2500年前,老子就说过＂圣人常无心,以百姓之心为心＂。科学发展观的＂以人为本＂,正是这种传统精神的现代转化和具体体现。房地产行政管理工作与人民群众的生活工作息息相关,应该遵循＂以百姓之心为心＂的准则,设身处地、满腔热情地为公众提供优质服务。
