| 摘 要： | 温州金融危机深刻揭示出传统中小企业发展正待转型,金融体制改革必须进一步深化和落实,民间资本才能得到健康发展和有效利用。桂林应利用多种渠道推进民间投融资活动,政府在财税、担保保险、绩效管理等方面的支持与改革大大有利于中小企业的创新发展与民间金融的健康有效利用。

| Abstract: | Financial crisis in Wenzhou revealed the traditional SME about to transition,the financial system reform should further deepened and implement,private capitals can get develop healthily and effective use.We should utilization of multiple channels to pressing ahead with private investment and financing activities,government support the reform in fiscal and taxation,assure and performance management will help to Innovation and transition of SME and make use of private capitals health effectiveness. |
