杨东莼与广西地方建设干部学校

杨东莼是我国著名的历史学家,早期的马克思主义者,同时也是一位成绩卓著的教育家。他于1939年2月至1940年12月在桂林创办广西建设干部学校。杨东莼知人善任、民主开明、处事果断、工作能力强,因此他创办的干校影响巨大,提高了广西基层干部的政治素养和工作能力,同时还锻炼了一批在校工作的进步青年,此后这批进步青年为中国革命做出了应有的贡献。

Yang Dong-chun and Guangxi Local Construction Cadres Schools

Yang Dong-chun is a famous historian and a early Marxist,at same time he is a successful educator.He found Guangxi local construction cadres schools in Guilin from 1939.2-1940.12.He knew how to judge and use people,democracy and enlightenment,resolute in action and with strong work ability,so the school that he found had great influence.It improved political qualification and work ability of Guangxi grassroots cadres,practiced numbers of progressive youth working in the school and they made their contributions for Chinese Revolution.
