| Abstract: | The existence of criminal offense of embezzlement in China＇s criminal law has its necessity.However,the division of opinions between theoretical circle and professional circle on the issues of criminal offense of embezzlement causes judicial disorder.This article discusses the object of criminal offense of embezzlement and defines objectively ＂refuse to give back＂ and ＂refuse to turn in＂.Meanwhile,the lawsuit issues for criminal offense of embezzlement are discussed. |
