| Abstract: | during the difficult times of current financial crisis and enterprises' benefits falling sharply,when enterprises unions carried out their duties to safeguard workers' interests,they must be practical and realistic,understand tolerance,concentrate on overcoming the current difficulties,correctly handle the relationship between long-term development of enterprises and the specific interests of workers,and make positive contributions for promoting the creation of harmonious enterprises. |
