| Abstract: | Democratic management in colleges and universities is an important measure of the construction of democratic politics.To organize and represent teaching and administrative staff in order to participate democratic management in colleges and universities is a vital task of trade unions in colleges and universities.We should increase an understanding to the importance of democratic management and strengthen democratic management's efficiency through teachers' congress that is a basic form and main way of democratic management. |
