论民政职业教育中的人文素质教育

人文素质教育，就是将人类优秀的文化成果通过知识传授、环境熏陶以及自身实践使其内化为人格、气质、修养，成为人的相对稳定的内在品质。其目的主要是引导学生如何做人。在民政职业教育中加强人文素质教育，关键虽要将民政专业知识教育与人文素质教育紧密结合。在学校建立一个具有浓郁人文气息的校园文化氛围，以课堂教学为主阵地，将人文素质教育融入到民政专业知识教育当中。
