| 摘 要： | 党的十六届三中全会指出,建立归属清晰、权责明确、保护严格、流转顺畅的现代产权制度是完善我国基本经济制 度的内在要求,是构建现代企业制度的重要基础。为了实现这一目标,我们必须明确现代产权制度的内涵及特征,并在此基础上采 取措施,建立适应社会主义市场经济的现代产权制度。

| Abstract: | The Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee points out, to set up a owership clearly, right and responsibility definitely, protect strictly and circulation smoothly modern property relations is the inherent requests for perfecting the basic economic system of our country, is the important foundation of structuring the modern enterprise system. In order to realize this objective, we should make clear the intension and characteristic of modern property relations first. Then, find out the way to establishing modern property right system which fits socialist market economy . |
