| 摘 要： | 关于死刑的存废问题,在我国乃至世界范围内一直都有很大的争议。本文拟从不同于传统的另外一个角度重新审视死刑以及刑事权力的运作机制,试图通过分析刑事权力的运作,进而得出死刑是存是废的结论。

| Abstract: | About the problem of storing or abolishing death penalty,always there is a hot dispute within the range of our country and even the world.This text tries from the operation mechanism different from another traditional angle to examine death penalty and criminal power closely again,and it analyses criminal operation of power then draws the conclusion whether to store or abolish cleath penalty. |
