| Abstract: | The mixed bench concludes the essential natures of the deliberation system of criminal procedure. Furthermore, it has its own specialty and complexity because of its function to balance the power of professional judges and non-professional judges. The reformation of deliberation system in China should be carried out in the deliberation procedure, the voting system and the deliberation system. |
