| 摘 要： | 密切联系群众是我们党的最大优势。做好群众工作是构建社会主义社会和谐的需要。新的历史时期,做好群众工作,必须把握好“情、理、法”三个重点。而坚持教育群众与服务群众相统一,提高群众工作的针对性和有效性,建立健全党群干群沟通机制,是做好群众工作的重要途径。

But insisted that educates the populace with to serve the populace to unify, enhances the mass work pointed and the validity, establishes the perfect party and the masses ca- dres and the masses to communicate the mechanism, is completes the mass work the important way. |
