| 摘 要： | 传媒有良性与恶性之分，也有传统与现代之别。充斥着暴力、淫秽、色情的电影、电视、录像、书刊、网络等恶性传媒正在不停地向社会传播着使人腐化堕落的不良信息。如果得不到正确引导，这些信息将成为分辨力尚弱的青少年从事暴力、强奸等犯罪的情境刺激，直接诱发青少年暴力犯罪和性犯罪。为了给青少年一个健康成长的环境，必须对恶性传媒进行有效的管制。

| Abstract: | There are traditional media and modem media. At the same time, there are good media and malignant media. Movies,televisions, video recordings, books and magazines and the network which are full of violence and pornography are malignant media.This cause the young people to purse constantly stimulates, lose will and commit crime. So, it is the society＇s duty to prevent the young people from the influence of malignant media. |
