| 摘 要： | 探讨体表创口与愈后瘢痕的关系。比较创口愈合成为瘢痕的收缩率。由于现有伤残鉴定标准中未就体表创口或瘢痕的长度测量的换算作出任何规定，所以某些体表损伤的伤残评定可能有欠公允。有必要就此提出相应解决办法，供同行探讨。

| Abstract: | The paper reports the comparison of the constriction rate of the mechanical wounds located on the different parts of the bodies. The constriction rate was obtained by comparing the length of the fresh wound with the scar. Because the surface area and the length of body wounds or scar can not be calculated each other in the existing standards, it may be unfair to some assessments of body surface impairment. It is necessary to raise a means to solve this problem and provide the reference for the colleague. |
