| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑红蛋白(Ngb)在大鼠体内不同部位的分布特征。方法用免疫组织化学SP法观测Ngb在成年大鼠体内的分布和定位。结果Ngb蛋白在成年大鼠中枢神经系统、周围神经系统和新陈代谢旺盛的生殖内分泌器官广泛分布,其中心脏神经节、有髓神经纤维轴突及睾丸间质细胞Ngb蛋白阳性为首次发现。结论Ngb在大鼠体内分布与组织的氧利用以及器官功能有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the distribution of neuroglobin (Ngb) in rat tissues.Methods The distribution and localization of Ngb in rat tissues were examined by immunohistochemical method.Results Ngb-positive cells were detected in central nervous system,peripheral nervous system and some metabolically active endocrine tissues.The Ngb-positive results in cardiac ganglia,axons of myelinated nerve fibers and testis interstitial cells were reported for the first time.Conclusion It is suggested that Ngb detected in rat tissues be related with the utilization of oxygen and maintenance of the normal physiological functions. |
