| 摘 要： | 建设和谐的出入境法治局面，是当前建设社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分。针对当前出入境管理领域所面临的各种矛盾和问题，需要在宏观上全面推进出入境法制的建设，健全与国际接轨、符合我国国情的出入境法制体系；需要打造素质过硬的行政执法专业队伍，作为建设我国出入境和谐法治局面的重要保证。同时，努力推动我国公民法治素养的不断成熟是建设我国出入境和谐法治局面的不竭动力。

| Abstract: | The structure of harmonious legal situation in exit-entry frontier inspection is an important part of socialist construction.With the development and reform of exit-entry frontier inspection work,the public security organs of exit-entry frontier inspection station have been confronted with numerous difficulties.We should promote reform and legal development of exit-entry frontier inspection work.At the same time,we should improve the legal system building and strengthen the administrative ranks and law enforcement officials in order to construct the harmonious legal situation in exit-entry frontier inspection work. |
