| 摘 要： | 监督法规范了人大常委会的监督权,加强和改进了监督工作,增强了监督实效,促进了依法行政和公正司法。但监督法仍存在监督主体窄、监督形式不够多、程序不够细化和对监督者的监督不到位的问题,这些问题亟待完善。
