| 摘 要： | 生育由自然生育阶段发展到生育义务阶段是社会的一大进步;由生育义务演化到生育权利阶段是社会发展的必然.由自然生育到人工生育是现代社会对生育的挑战.生育权是已婚夫妻和其他妇女依法所享有的决定是否生育以及如何生育子女的人身权.生育权的内容应包括生育的权利、不生育的权利和如何生育的权利.

| Abstract: | It is a great progress of the society for procreation to develop from a human nature to an obligation, and its evolution from an obligation to a kind of right is inevitable. The evolution from natural procreation to artificial procreation is a challenge of the modern society on procreation itself. The right of procreation is a right conferred by law to the married people and other women to decide whether to procreate and how to procreate. The right of procreation includes the right to procreate, the right not to procreate, and the right to decide how to procreate. |
