| 摘 要： | 高校校园文化建设机制主要由管理机制、引导机制、整合机制、保障机制和考评机制等子系统构成。在校园文化建设的过程中，只有这些主要机制协调运转、充分发挥功能，校园文化建设才能持之以恒，彰显功用，大学生的综合素质才会得到显著的提升。

In the process to construct campus culture, such mechanisms must coordination in operation and perfect in function, so the overall quality of students can be significantly improved. |
