| 摘 要： | 侦查陷阱作为被越来越多使用的侦查方法 ,也是侦查程序的特定组成。其内在价值的评价标准即为方法与程序的公正性 ,可以从三个方面解读 :一是刑事侦查陷阱的程序规范 ,二是刑事侦查陷阱中侦控对象对政府道德信任感的影响 ,三是刑事侦查陷阱对侦控对象的个人权利的保障。
