| 摘 要： | 腐败现象之所以在中国社会转型时期呈凸显状态，其原因主要有：权力的价值性与人的贪欲性的扭结；利益导向机制与公职人员低薪制的位；国家占有与市场营销的断裂；政治体制滞后与监督机制缺损的并存；党纪不严、法纪乏力与道德衰败的合流。

| Abstract: | Corruption becomes serious in social transformation period of China mainly because: value of power is tangled up with human greediness; dislocation of interest guidance mechanism and low-salary system of civil servants; state possession is split from market; coexistence of backward political system and deficiency of supervision mechanism; party discipline is not strict, legal discipline is not powerful and moral is declining. |
