秘密监听问题探析

A Discussion of Secret Eavesdropping

With the development of society and the intelligence of criminal means,as a means of high-tech criminal investigations,secret eavesdropping is widely used in the detection of crimes the on judicial practice. However,compared with the developed countries,secret eavesdropping on the legislation is very imperfect in China and judicial practice is no rule to follow,which caused the confusion and conflict with the right of privacy in practice. Therefore,we should discuss the origin of secret eavesdropping on legislation,expound the effectiveness of secret evidence,and advance a new design scheme of secret eavesdropping to protect the rights of the individual.
