| 摘 要： | 警察思想政治工作机制创新主要是指对影响警察工作的诸种要素进行必要的、适时的调整和改变。这是构建社会主义和谐社会的根本要求;是应对新时期社会发展变化的客观要求;是应对新时期警察思想观念变化的客观要求;是实现警察思想政治工作自身发展的现实要求。实现机制创新要做到:一是进行调查研究;二是进行制度调整和完善;三是维护制度权威,保证制度贯彻落实。
