自2004年以来,俄罗斯在能源领域进行了一系列并购重组,这些活动是在俄罗斯政府直接或间接参与下完成的,也是俄罗斯政府对已私有化的资源型企业进行回收和控制的重要措施。普京政府有效地将叶利钦时代被寡头瓜分的石油天然气公司收归,变为以国家控股为主的公司。俄政府运用国家权力实现能源领域的重组,通过兼并方式和国有控股等形式对大型能源公司进行控制,组建了俄石油公司和俄天然气工业股份公司,确保了能源出口大幅增加对俄罗斯经济增长的巨大贡献。

The Recent Merger and Reorganization in Russia''''s Energy Field

Since 2004,Russia has performed a series of merger and reorganization in energy field under the guidance of the government.This performance can be regarded as an important measure of Russian government to take back and control those enterprises once privatized.Putin's government effectively nationalized these petrol and natural gas companies that had been carved up by the oligarchs during Yeltsin Period.Russian government realized the reorganization in energy field by using state power,and manipulation of large energy companies through M&A and holding the share.Now Russia has established Rosneft and Gazprom.Increase of energy export have provided great potential for economic growth in Russia.
