| 摘 要： | 天津马鲁雅斯管路系统有限公司将尊重工会列为企业文化建设的重要义项,让职工按照自己的意愿选出工会干部,重视通过工会来建立与职工的沟通渠道,支持工会为活跃职工文体活动做出努力,并由工会来挚起＂安康文化＂的建设大旗,这种现代理念值得一些独资、合资企业加以借鉴。
