| 摘 要： | 劳动争议案件起诉时效,是实际工作中常被弄错的一个法律概念。人们往往把劳动争议的仲裁申请时效,看成是起诉时效,结果许多案件在程序上得不到应有支持。在对劳动争议起诉时效无法律明确规定的情况下,应综合各方面情况,适用民事案件的起诉时效。
