| 摘 要： | 贪污贿赂犯罪近年来在我国有愈演愈烈之势,从犯罪学的微观角度研究可知,主要是工作环境的负面影响(行政职能转变不彻底,权力配置不合理;国家公务员制度推行不力;行政监督力度不够)和生活环境的消极影响(交友不慎、沾染恶习;心理失衡、引发犯罪;被害人的模糊、不明确).

| Abstract: | The crime of corruption and bribery occur more and more in China, from the microcosmic research of criminology we know the factors are mainly the below: the negative influence from the working environment ( the transform of administration functions are not thorough; unreasonable power disposition; the national civilian system is not effectively carried out; not enough administration supervise strength); the negative influence from the living environment( inappropriate friends; bad habits; unbalanced mind; solicitation crime; the ambiguity of victim. ) |
