| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立 ,人财物流动量的增大 ,流窜犯罪日益增多 ,严重危害社会治安。治理流窜犯罪必须把握流窜犯罪的状况和特点 ,分析流窜犯罪增长的原因 ,从而提出相应的对策。
